Ordering Information

Audio & Video Transfers:

1) Submit the project -

Send an EMAIL... or CALL 707.853.0857 and provide your contact info. - name & phone number.

Describe the project - e.g. transfer 1 cassette tape and 2 LPs to CD, or - transfer 1 Mini DV tape to DVD, etc.

We will confirm receipt of the request and provide a cost and turn-around time information.

2) Ship the materials -

Collect the materials (records, tapes, etc.), pack them carefully and ship them to us, see address below. Special delivery arrangements are possible for local clients, contact us for details.
We will confirm receipt of the materials and confirm the turn-around time.
Include the full payment - make check or money order payable to: Cooper Consulting.

3) Production & return -

We will "work" the project, contact you if there are any questions then ship everything back to you.
Please note that if sending a check, the order will be shipped back once the check has cleared the bank.

Slide Shows, Custom DVDs & Video Editing:

1) Submit the project -

Send an EMAIL... or CALL 707.853.0857 and provide your contact info. - name & phone number.

Describe the project - e.g. 1 DVD slide show with approx. 60 photos and music, or - custom DVD from 1 Mini DV tape, etc.

We will confirm the receipt of the project and provide a cost and turn-around time information.

2) Ship the materials -

Collect the materials (photos, music, video, etc.), pack them carefully and ship them to us, see address below. Special delivery arrangements are possible for local clients, contact us for details.
We will confirm receipt of the materials and confirm the turn-around time.
Include the full payment if ordering a slide show or DVD; a one hour (minimum) deposit is required to start a video editing project - make check or money order payable to: Cooper Consulting.

3) Production & return -

We will "work" the project and contact you if there are any questions.
We'll ship everything back to you. Please note that if sending a check, the order will be shipped back once the check has cleared the bank.

**IMPORTANT**
Please note that creating slide shows, custom DVDs or editing video may require some collaboration between you and our project manager, some consultation time is provided free of charge. Production and turn-around time can be greatly reduced by submitting a well organized project - e.g. number the photos in the order that they should appear; provide the captions, titles or other text (names, places, etc.); provide a video log time sheet and the music to be used, etc. The project manager will offer some suggestions when the project is submitted.
